◆Order assistance
Negotiate price on behalf of the buyer, place order with supplier according to customer request, follow production schedule, inspect goods quality, and keep production conditions informed in time.

◆Inspection
① Pre-production inspection is made at the beginning of the production. Components, raw materials, storage and first-production-run will be checked in order to avoid time-consuming delays concerning delivery or cost of rework.  

② During production inspection: GLOBAL LINK auditor supervise the production and ensure that products will come up to the specifications agreed. On the inspection site advice will be given to the manufacturer in order to maintain the quality level throughout the whole production-run.

③ Pre-shipment inspection: At least 80% of the shipment to be inspected has to be ready and packed. According to Sampling Procedures, samples are taken at random and will be checked for compliance with the specifications agreed. Supervising the loading process in the harbor, at the airport or at the forwarder's premises.

◆Container loading supervision
Loading supervision is carried out in the manufacture's warehouse or at the forwarder's premises. Our inspector first checks the quality and quantity of the goods to be shipped to make sure that the right products will be delivered, then monitors the entire loading phase to ensure that the container(s) is in good condition, and that the loading is performed under acceptable circumstances.
